Processed data
The service does not provide user accounts and does not collect seller contact details beyond data already present in public notices.
When a user requests a public-source summary, Reprendre collects their email, listing identifier, language, request type and timestamp in order to answer that request.
Technical logs may include the IP address, requested URL, timestamp, HTTP status and request identifier to secure and operate the service.
Legal basis and purposes
- Legitimate interest: provide a search engine over legally reusable public data.
- Pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest: respond to an explicit public-source summary request.
- Consent: send similar public opportunities or Reprendre updates when the user selects that option.
- Security: detect errors, abuse and service unavailability.
- Compliance: keep the official source and applicable licence visible.
Request retention
Public-source summary requests are kept for a short period, thirty days by default, unless a legal obligation or earlier deletion request applies.
These requests are used to answer the user and measure interest in public data; they are not used to contact the seller.
Data-subject rights
Access, rectification, deletion or objection requests should specify the relevant notice, page URL and official source.
GDPR rights requests should be sent to [email protected].
