La société TRANSPORTS LTR - VIALON étant propriétaire de la totalité du capital de la société L.T.C depuis une date antérieure à celle du dépôt du projet de traité de fusion au greffe du Tribunal de Commerce, il ne sera pas procédé à l'échange de titres de la société TRANSPORTS LTR - VIALON contre des titres de la société L.T.C en sorte que la société TRANSPORTS LTR - VIALON ne procédera à aucune augmentation de capital à raison de cette absorption. Les créanciers des sociétés parties à l'opération dont la créance est antérieure au présent avis, pourront former opposition dans les conditions et délais prévus à l'article R. 236-8 du Code de Commerce et notamment dans le délai de 30 jours à compter de la publication du présent avis.
