Il ne sera donc émis aucune prime d'apport. Toutefois, il est précisé que toute augmentation de l'actif net transmis à la Date de Réalisation, telle qu'elle ressortira de la Situation Comptable Définitive, sera constatée en prime d'apport, à hauteur de l'augmentation d'actif net correspondante.
