La société VERTDIS détenant la totalité des actions de la société LES JARDINS DE ROUVROY, il n'en résulte aucune augmentation de capital et aucun échange de titres. L'opération ne dégage pas de prime de fusion. L'opération dégage un mali de fusion de 1.583.455,49 euros. Toutes les opérations effectuées par la société LES JARDINS DE ROUVROY depuis le 1er juillet 2025 jusqu'à la date de réalisation définitive de la fusion seront prises en charge par la société VERTDIS.
