La société TPF PRO ferait apport à la société TEF PRO de la totalité de son actif, soit 35 861,91 euros, à charge de la totalité de son passif, soit 33 419,54 euros. La société TPF PRO sera dissoute de plein droit sans liquidation, à la date de réalisation définitive de la fusion. La fusion sera réalisée le 30 juin 2026.
