Le montant total de l'actif apporté étant de 1.301.154 €, et le montant total du passif pris en charge s'élevant à la somme totale de 1.174.140 €, l'actif net apporté par la société IAC s'élève à 127.014 €. Il a été stipulé une date d'effet au plan comptable et fiscal au 1er avril 2026. La société CABINET MERMET détenant la totalité des actions composant le capital social de la société IAC, la fusion a été soumise au régime des fusions simplifiées visé à l'article L.236-11 du Code de commerce, de sorte que l'apport de la société IAC ne sera pas rémunéré par l'attribution d'actions et ne donnera pas lieu à augmentation du capital social de la société CABINET MERMET. En conséquence aucun rapport d'échange n'a été établi. Le traité de fusion a été déposé le 25 juin 2026 au Greffe du Tribunal des Activités Economiques de LYON pour les sociétés IAC et CABINET MERMET. Les créanciers des sociétés fusionnantes, dont la créance est antérieure au présent avis, peuvent former opposition à cette fusion, devant le Tribunal de Commerce de LYON, dans un délai de trente (30) jours à compter de la parution du présent avis.
