Le projet de fusion a été établi en date du 29 janvier 2026 et a été déposé au Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce de Brest au nom de la Société FLOCH APPRO le 30 juin 2026 et au Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce de Saint Brieuc au nom de la Société ETABLISSEMENTS ERIC CORRE le 30 juin 2026.
