Les créanciers des sociétés participant à l'opération de fusion, dont la créance est antérieure à la date de parution du présent avis au BODACC, peuvent former opposition à cette fusion dans un délai de 30 jours à compter de la parution du présent avis. Conformément à l'article L. 236-6 du code de commerce, un exemplaire du projet de fusion a été déposé au Greffe du tribunal de commerce de TARBES le 6 juillet 2026 pour l’absorbante et au Greffe du tribunal de commerce de BEZIERS le 7 juillet 2026 pour l’absorbée.
