Conformément aux dispositions des articles L 236-35 et R 236-22 9° du Code de commerce, les associés, les créanciers et les délégués du personnel ou, à défaut, les salariés eux-mêmes de la Société Absorbante ont la possibilité de présenter des observations concernant le projet de fusion jusqu'à cinq (5) jours ouvrables avant la date de la réalisation définitive de la fusion, laquelle sera constatée par une décision du Conseil d’Administration ou du représentant légal de la Société Absorbante, dûment habilité, qui sera déposée au greffe du tribunal de commerce d’Évry.
