Evaluation de l'actif et du passif apporté par la société ATN GROUPE : actif : 2 115 033 € passif : 672 333 € actif net apporté : 1 442 700 € Montant de l'augmentation de capital de la société IT MANAGEMENT au titre de l'apport réalisé par la société : 125 452 €, par la création de 125 452 actions nouvelles de 1 € chacune attribuées à la société ATN GROUPE. Montant de la prime d'apport prévue : 1 317 248 €. Toutes les opérations actives et passives concernant les éléments du patrimoine de la société apportés à la société IT MANAGEMENT seront prises en charge par cette dernière à compter du 1er janvier 2026. Les créanciers des sociétés intéressées dont la créance est antérieure au présent avis pourront formuler opposition dans le délai de trente jours à compter de la présente publication devant le Tribunal de Commerce de GRENOBLE conformément aux dispositions des articles R 236-8 et L 236-14 du Code du Commerce.
