La société LES CAVES MARCON étant propriétaire de la totalité du capital de la société DESTINATION EMBLAVEZ depuis une date antérieure à celle du dépôt du projet de traité de fusion au greffe du Tribunal de commerce, il ne sera pas procédé à l'échange de titres de la société LES CAVES MARCON contre des titres de la société DESTINATION EMBLAVEZ en sorte que la société LES CAVES MARCON ne procédera à aucune augmentation de capital à raison de cette absorption. Les créanciers des sociétés parties à l'opération dont la créance est antérieure au présent avis, pourront former opposition dans les conditions et délais prévus à l'article R. 236-8 du Code de commerce et notamment dans le délai de 30 jours à compter de la publication du présent avis.
