La société LES CAVES MARCON étant propriétaire de la totalité du capital de la société DESTINATION EMBLAVEZ depuis une date antérieure à celle du dépôt du projet de traité de fusion au greffe du Tribunal de commerce, il ne sera pas procédé à l'échange de titres de la société LES CAVES MARCON contre des titres de la société DESTINATION EMBLAVEZ en sorte que la société LES CAVES MARCON ne procédera à aucune augmentation de capital à raison de cette absorption.
